Customer Reviews & Testimonials

“After high winds dislodged several ridge tiles on our roof, WOW Roofers arrived within 2 hours of calling. They made the roof watertight immediately and returned the following day to re-bed the tiles. Excellent communication, fair price, and zero mess left behind.”

“We needed a full re-roof on our 1930s semi. The team was prompt, polite, and worked relentlessly through freezing conditions. The quality of the new Marley tiles and dry ridge system is second to none, and knowing the team is fully insured provides real peace of mind.”

“Delighted with the roof soft washing and biocide treatment. Our roof looked tired and covered in thick moss. The technicians scraped it manually without pressure-damaging the tiles and applied a preventative wash. The house looks ten years newer!”

“Replaced our failing felt kitchen extension roof with a seamless EPDM rubber system. Clear quote provided upfront with no hidden extras. The roofers were courteous, on time every morning, and left our garden spotless.”

“Had a persistent damp patch around the chimney breast for months that two other roofers failed to fix. WOW Roofers identified the perished lead step flashing immediately, took photos to show me, and replaced it cleanly. No more leaks through recent storms.”

“Prompt and very respectful team. They cleared our overflowing gutters using high-reach vacuum equipment and replaced two broken brackets. The senior discount was a lovely bonus. Highly recommended.”
